Product description :
Klison Industrial Gear Oils EP comprise a family of extreme pressure gear lubricants designed to operate over a very wide range of temperatures and conditions. These fluids possess excellent high temperature oxidation stability and superior low temperature fluidity. Klison Industrial Gear Oils EP have the ability to rapidly separate from water and prevent the formation of anti-lubricating emulsions. The incorporation of special additives in Klison Industrial Gear Oils EP protects equipment from rust, corrosion and foam. In addition, extreme pressure additives provide optimum protection against shock loading and offer high load carrying capabilities.
Klison Industrial Gear Oils EP find applications in virtually all types of industrial
settings. Some typical applications includes gear sets and oil circulating systems in steel mill, foundries, glass and bottle manufacturing plants, injection molding machines, paper mills, electrical wheel motors used in surface mining and quarries, shearing arms in underground coal mining, cement kilns, petroleum and chemical processing plants.

The stability of this emulsion is not affected by hard water ions and the fact that it does not foam makes it ideal for high-speed metal working operations. The high heat absorbing characteristics of Klison Soluble Cutting Oil G-15 provided superior cooling for a variety of metals working processes. Klison Soluble Cutting Oil G-15 is fortified with biocides to prevent rancidity caused by bacteria, which can lead to unpleasant odors, split emulsions and reduced product performance. This feature results in greater worker satisfaction and optimum product performance. Klison Soluble Cutting Oil G-15 also provides excellent protection against rust. Klison Soluble Cutting Oil G-15 is recommended for light to moderate duty machining operations on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals except magnesium. It will find use in machining, sawing, drilling, milling and turning. It is ideal for grinding due to its superior wetting and cooling properties.
