600V~25KV Cross-Linked Polyethylene Insulated and Polyvinyl Chloride Sheathed Cables. It is used at wiring for power and equipment. The cables shall comply with the standard of CNS 2655. Features Construction:(1) Conductor: untinned soft annealed stranded or solid copper wires (2) Conductor screen (voltage >2001V) (3) Insulation: XLPE. (4) Insulation screen (voltage > 2001V) (5) Copper tape shielding (voltage > 2001V) (6) Two or more cores are twisted together, cable core covered with proper separator (7) Sheath: PVC Introduction: Signed technical cooperation with “Furukawa Denko K.K. Japan” to produce XLPE cable in 1967. Signed technical cooperation with “Furukawa Denko K.K. Japan” to produce 33KV XLPE cable in 1977. In 1977, we invested heavily in strippable insulation screen with three tandem extrusions. In 1985, we developed dry curing method for insulated process. 600V~25KV XLPE power cable has labeled our National Quality Standard. CVV
600V Grade Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated and Sheathed Control Cables (Code designation: CVV). It is used at wiring for control circuit. The cables shall comply with the standard of CNS 4898. Features Construction:(1) Conductor: untinned soft annealed stranded or solid copper wires (2)Insulation: PVC. (3) Two or more cores are twisted together, cable core covered with proper separator (4) Sheath: PVC Introduction:Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a chemical compound of high degree of polymerization with characteristics of high insulation and abrasion-resistant, weatherproof. The PVC control cable has labeled our National Quality Standard.
